Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

From bitter experience - if it is the man that has defaulted the court registrar will throw the proverbial book at him - if it is the woman who has defaulted they will be given additional time to submit their defence.

Another example of the inequality of family law in Ireland.

yep the woman is been given 28 days to respond! What defense can a woman have when there are no assets or children? this system is beyond frustrating
