Disabilty Allowance - arrears

I got told that my "arrears overlapping was calculated and will be paid into my account with my weekly payment on 26/07/17." But they haven't? Does this mean I am due no arrears?

Was this your first disability payment?

Usually they send you a letter telling you the amount of arrears owed but it is taking 12-16 weeks to pay out arrears after first payment right now. And if you were getting another social welfare payment or someone was claiming for you as a qualified adult in the mean time this will be deducted from any arrears also.
