New fence advice

    Hi Folks,

Quick one regarding a new fence I want to erect.
Currently there is a 45cm wall running to the bottom of our garden.

I want to install a fence along this wall to increase the height.

My plan was to fix some posts to the small wall with the bottom of the posts submerged and cemented. Then I would fix 6ft fence panels to this.

    Would this last ?

Also.to gain a little extra height I am considering elevating the panels to the height of the bottom of the wall.

Would this work do folks think?

    Thanks

Don't see why not, my fence has been standing for 20yrs with posts cemented into the ground and 6ft panels in between

You might want to check with the neighbours with the elevated height of the fence as I think the max is 2m or 6ft.

Seen this on the TV recently http://www.elitefence.ie/
