    Great picture...

Anyway, looks like the gas mix is slightly off, so the top half of the head is far gassier than the rest of it as the gas floats upwards into it.

Shouldn't affect the taste of the pint, but the head will have a much lighter/more watery feel to it and not the creamy texture that it should be.

Good thing you focused on the red door in the background otherwise I might not have seen it.

As for the pint, impossible to tell as your photography skills need work.

Why is it, whether its a picture of UFOs, Bigfoot, Berties tax receipts or Guinness with a bad head, why is it, that they are always out of focus?

Award winning picture that be. Deserves good head.

looks like maybe the keg coolers were not turned on early enough, or the temperature set too high ?

Image is blurry (what two tone?) and 3.44MB is too much for a internet picture.
Work on your photography skills and change camera resolution

Looks as if it had been laying a while before it was topped up.Happens to me from time to time the odd time I forget I have a pint on for someone.
Shouldn't really affect the taste though.

There was milk in that glass.

That glass should be destroyed, every glass that was in the glasswasher at the same time should be destroyed, and the employee/owner who doesn't know how much damage milk can do should be destroyed.

Something wrong with the gas levels.

Smaller nitrogen bubbles are what give Guinness its white creamy head, larger Carbon dioxide bubbles are a bit darker and easier to see.

You might have gotten a pint from 2 kegs while they were changing over.

The two different colors in your pint are examples of Co2 and N2 heads.

I though it was obvious !!!

The barman (woman) farted as he (she) was topping it up.. The methane reacted with the nitrogen to give larger bubbles..

Obviously they didn't pour it exactly right, at the right angle and let it settle for the correct amount of time. Guinness is special and only certain people can do it.

That's a pint which was pulled by accident about 20 min before you ordered it.
When you ordered, it was just topped up.
