Where can I find a studio that does photoshop for minor images?

    I don't need anything extravagant like adjustments to a wedding photo but rather just someone to remove blemishes and lighten my eyes on a photo of my face along with changing the lighting.

    Best to look online. I suggest using something like www.fiver.com - as the name suggests most things cost a fiver.
