    The difference will come down to LTEA or 4G+ giving you Carrier Aggregation (using two cells at once). The 940 has 3CA so will be faster in the next year in built up areas. Identical when used rurally.

    I'm not 100% rural so will have to have a good look into whether it would make a difference
