Is Ch 980 available on Sky in ROI?

    This question has been asked in another forum which is more UK than Ireland based so no answer yet. It has been asked with reference to the BBC having acquired rights to USPGA golf, some of which will be live only on the red button as tournament clashes with World Athletic Championships. AAUI red button services via Sky in ROI have been disabled for some time but is there direct access through Ch 980 as in rest of these islands or do you have to manually tune in this channel if you are a Sky viewer in ROI?

    Not on 980 here. BBC RB1 must be added manually and viewed via Other Channels, though I'm sure most Sky subscribers don't bother with it.
