    any good tips?
    will it improve me for long distance?
    how may meters do yu run for eg 10 meters 20 etc?
    any more info i should thanks for the help

    Dunno really - wouldn't imagine it would help your running much. Isn't this all about short sprints with direction change, more suited to field sports?

    By the way, this should probably be moved to main forum, where you might get more feedback.

    Some people are good at bleep tests, but no good at running long!

    Maybe the 12 minute test is a better test of yourself for longer runs?
