    They obviously dont see the 500million odd living in the rest of the EU as a potential market, or maybe they just see them as some sort of bumbling mass of rich folks that will pay their makey-upey August prices

    No loss, I'm flying with Lufthansa in August as not only are they cheaper once you take a €50 per pag per direction charge with aerlingus into account, they are a more pleasant airline to fly with and when Aer Lingus (and the other shower Ryanair) are charging their made up peak season prices, suddenly one of the most expensive airlines in Europe is not actually as dear as the low service Aer Lingus and Ryanair chancers.

    Even with the discount there flights are still more expensive than Ryanair. No thanks.
