No sound on Moto E4

I did a a bit of a dropsy with my phone getting out of the car yesterday. It's a Moto E4. While there is no obvious physical damage and the phone is running as it was before, I now have zero sound. No ring tone, no alarm sound, no sound on videos, youtube, etc. Any ideas? Or is it just fcked? Thanks
