Hi all,

A case has recently come to my attention in which an EU mother and a non-EU father have struggled to accommodate each other in terms of access to a child born in the EU and resident in the EU.

The father now wishes to bring the child outside the EU on the understanding that the child will, at some stage, be brought back.

Would it be possible to get an overview of the rights of each parent? Are they different because one is EU/non-EU? What about the rights of the child?

The child is not mine, but I obviously have an interest in the case.
