    Three places that spring to mind are:

    1. Probably Fuji film, or Boots, or places that still develop photographs (they used to do jigsaws and stuff like that, they might make cards, too).
    2. Merchandise/advertising printing companies (they might make them as promotional material with their clients' logo on them, for instance).
    3. Business card printers.

    Not sure if any of them will demand to make more than one batch, thought.

    I thought of of something else, too - if you go into any of those Carrolls touristy souvenirs places, and check one of their decks, it might mention who printed the cards and where. Otherwise ask someone there, they may give you some pointers. Easons might tell you where they get theirs, too.
