Extra Tickets for Graduation

I was just wondering if anyone would know how to go about getting extra tickets for family members to attend my graduation?
I know everyone gets two tickets each, but I would need an extra one for my brother, and one of my friends needs one for her Granny.
I know that there is some way of getting them, as I've heard of people getting extra tickets before, I just can't seem to find anything about it online!

I haven't graduated yet, but as far as I know, you can queue up for spare seats on the day. Your brother would have to sit apart from you and your ticket holders, but if you arrive very early on the day, there's a chance that he'll get in.

Two tickets and queuing for the rest of the party in the non-ticket holders line. Also, ask the office for extras. If the ceremony you are graduating at is small in numbers you have a chance of tickets.
