p21 Request / myAccount Issue

    So to apply for my SUSI grant, I have to request that my p21 is sent to me in Scotland. I only have a very small window of time to provide this now due to issues in the registration process for myAccount.

    So I get registered and sign in. According to all the information links, I simply click "Review my tax for current year" from the PAYE Anytime option. The problem for me; these options don't exist.

    Here is the quickguide to myAccount. On the first page is a snapshot of what the site should look like, with the option to review your tax.

    The problem with me is the entire block from "PAYE Services" isn't visible. I have slightly different but generally similar options to all the other blocks and headings, but that section doesn't exist and doesn't appear to be anywhere else. Is anyone able to help me with this? I'm trying to get through to them on phone, to no answer, and apparently I need to wait at least 20 days for them to reply to my query which means my grant application will long since have been cancelled.
