Garden waste disposal at bring centre

Just pruned a tree in my garden and would like to get rid of some branches, which should all fit into a 1m3 skip bag. I'm wondering if I buy a skip bag from a hardware store and dispose of the waste at one of the DCC bring centres that deals with green waste (e.g. Rathmines, Crumlin; http://www.dublincity.ie/main-menu-services-water-waste-and-environment-waste-and-recycling/green-waste-charges), do I get to empty the skip bag there on-site and keep the bag?

Thanks in advance for any help!

If you can fit the bag into your car/trailer then you get to bring it home again. I've done it many times.
