Where to return UPS package ?

Hey So i got a package delivered from apple on friday , by UPS. It was a replacement / faulty battery cover. So they sent the new one in a big box along with a sticker and return box to send it back to them. So just wondering where and how i send this package as theres no instructions with it !?! Thanks

Hey
