RIP Junior Larkin

Junior Larkin died this evening. I never met him but I know many that he was extremely hepful to in the 1990s in Dublin


He was a leader in the Dublin Lesbian and Gay Youth Group in the early 1990s.

He worked with GCN for a while.

That's very sad to hear. I well remember Junior appearing on the Late Late with Suzy Byrne when their book Coming Out was published. I read the book and it helped me to come out to myself in my college years. That book really helped me come to terms with my struggle with my sexuality - and doubtless it helped so many others too.

He must have been very young still. RIP.
