    I need to get a guitar-size parcel collected from an address in the UK, and delivered to me in Ireland.
    Can anyone confirm that this can be done, and if so recommend the best (and most economical) courier service? Thanks!

    This is one of the more bizarre aspects of second-hand dealing in the UK. It often strikes me as passively hostile to the buyer.

    I presume you got sorted anyway. Who did you use in the end?

    Played it safe and got my son in the UK to organise it all....still had to pay him though! There's gratitude for all the years etc etc...
