Amazon box acting up.

    My Amazon box is acting up .
    The picture will only appear up on the top left hand side .
    I have checked my display setting on my Samsung tv .
    All ok .
    What is displayed
    I have tried going into setting and checking Amazon display setting .
    And nothing .
    Any ideas .
