    Hi All,
Looking for some advice, i recently graduated (2016) with 1:1 MBS degree and am considering doing a DBA. I currently work at supervisory level in a pharmaceutical multi-national and I am struggling to see how i will progress.

I can do the DBA in WIT and hopefully get funded by my company, it is however 4 years of work to achieve this. I would be looking to concentrate on employee engagement or motivation as a topic.

I am wondering what are peoples views on this. I enjoyed the masters but i wonder how employers would view someone with a DBA, is it too academic?

Anyone on here complete a DBA? If so i would love to hear what you think of it, has it helped your career?

    Thanks
