Regular v Stiff

I know the answer is probably how long is a piece of string but any advice would be appreciated.

My driver has a regular graphite shaft and I drive balls all over the place, zero consistency. Lots of slices and occasional fades.

My 3 and 5 wood have stiff graphite shafts. I seem to be a lot more accurate and consistent with these clubs, only the odd slice but mostly straight.

Would I benefit from a stiff shaft driver do you think? I've only taken up golf again two weeks ago after 14 years so pretty much starting from scratch.

    Thanks for the advice.
