    sure just get one where you're based the most or as an add on to your credit card, i.e. gold cards have it as standard .

    Also, we dont know your needs.

    If you needed car and/ or person repatriation and a few bits and bobs like that then the ADAC plus motor breakdown policy is good for about €100 a year.
    For medial cover you can normally get an add on to your medical policy, or just use EHIC inside europe

    for cancellation cover youre needing actual travel insurance, but even that is really only really useful if you are elderly or booking a family holiday so whether you need it is dependant on yourself
