Information on medals?

    Good morning folks, i,'m looking to find out a little information about, and possibly the value of a few medals a friend of mine inherited.
    Any help greatly appreciated

    Well, as regards value, if you know what the medals are you can check e-bay and similar sites to get a feel for what those medals sell for.

    As regards getting more information about the medals, you're going to have to be at bit less coy. Tell us what the medals are, or post pictures of them or (best of all) do both.

    British War Medal (silver one), Victory medal (gold one) and the cross is the Canadian memorial cross. First two are for WW1 and should be named on the rim. The latter was given to Canadian soldier's mother/wife when a soldier died (killed, wounds or from war related service).
