Estatement frequency changed without notification

    Hi BOI
    I posted this on a similar thread but did not receive a response. The issue I have is that BOI changed the estatement frequency to 12 months from 6 months without any prior notification or request. 
    I queried this through the online service and requested prior statements to be issued. BOI reverted to the statements to a 6 month frequency but declined to forward the missing statements.
