You would normally only see that message :-
    1) the channel has moved to another transponder,
    2) you are trying to watch a channel that is not transmitting. NOTE: If you try to access BBC 4 during the day when it is broadcasting Cbeebies you may get this message because the channel IDs are different.
    3) if you see this message on all channels or a group of channels, it may imply an issue with your dish or cables.

have you got 2 cables attached? If only one cable then you need one tuner configured. If you have both active with only one cable you will get that error as well. Or it may be a loose cable.

I have that box as well.

Thanks Gerry and swoofer. It's only started happening since the sky channels were turned off. I can still watch BBC, c4 etc on the zgemma but it has that error. When I restart the box it disappears until I go to a channel no that's no longer broadcasting like sky 1 for example. I really only use it for the movies as I got a new sab titan box for the Irish and uk channels when sky was removed from the zgemma.

Have you tried to edit the bouquet lists to remove the broken channels? Either press MENU while you have the channel list open or use Webif by entering the boxes network address into your web browser.

You can manually change the bouquets and provider lists on it,put Freesat as the first one on the list instead of Sky which is probably there as default. This will give you the channels in the order they appear on Freesat and you'll have the likes of BBC, ITV etc. at the top of your list of channels.

When I go menu, I get a drop down with timers, information, plugins, setup, standby/restart. when I press ok on the information option I get another menu with about, devices, memory, network, service and streaming clients info. It appears your options are different

To edit a bouquet press MENU while you have the bouquet open and you'll get a list of options. Alternatively if you know the boxes network address (198.162.xxx.xxx) type that into a web browser to open a page called Webif. Again this will give you loads of options to play with.

information is the same as info panel, click on that and you are looking for image name or version, did you flash box yourself?

If you're just using it for movies I assume with IPTV player turn the tuners off.

Menu , setup, service searching, tuner configuration and set both tuners to not configured.
