Hi, Was up north today and bought one of these boxes for my caravan. Just wondering how easy it is to tune the Saorview channels in with it. Secondly. It has a USB port on it which it says is for software updates. Will I be able to plug a portable hard drive in to it to watch movies etc through the TV? Any advice would be…

As far as I know the box will work fine down here but the numbering for the channels may begin at 800 or so instead of 1. If there's an option to select country as Ireland that may get around it.

I'd say more chance that a USB stick rather than portable hard drive would work if the hard drive doesn't have an external power supply and relies on the USB port for power.
