    Hello,
    Just looking for advice on an item, I recently got a iPhone case ( I thought it was an actual legit brand name but turned out it wasn't) all okay, but when I tried to put it on the phone it didn't fit and on the listing it said the exact model name.. I've messaged them and they were messaging back "like put pressure on the case and should fit" so I tried and it will not work.. the case will not fit and now they're not messaging me! What should I do I can't even use the case and it doesn't fit on the phone! They've over a 1000 score and I've never got anything that wouldn't work on eBay before..

    Contact paypal and open a dispute... or maybe you can open it via ebay.
    You can certainly get your money back, it won't be difficult but sounds like you've exhausted all options with the vendor so go straight for the official channels now.
