Helsinki vs Copenhagen

I want to head away for a long weekend in august, as a solo traveller, and I've narrowed it down to either Helsinki or Copenhagen. Both seem really interesting and I love Scandinavia (have been to Norway and heading to Sweden soon enough) and the prices are roughly similar.

But which one? I hear Copenhagen is a great city and I plan on doing a day trip tour to Malmo in Sweden aswell. However I've wanted to head to Finland for a while, only thing is flight times are a pain (late evening, early morning there and back) and I can't see any specific nature tours I can take on TripAdvisor. What's Helsinki like as a city? Enough to do etc? Seeing a bit of nature there would be important to me. On the other hand Copenhagen seems large and bustling, with enough to see and do aswell.

    Any ideas?

Both are lovely with lots to do. Malmo is nice too. You can also travel a bit outside the cities. you can also go to Tallinn by ferry from Helsinki.
