Hey I'm a 21 year old male and I still get worms now and again, is it bad to be getting them at this age?

You just have to wash your hands better after using the toilet to cure and prevent worms

Anyone can get worms at any age especially if you have pets etc I usually buy a pack of Vermox tablets in Boots for €5 for the family when I worm the dogs and cats every few months

There are a number of possible factors in "getting" worms. Food storage in the fridge; always store raw food on the bottom of the fridge and cooked items at the top of fridge. Hand washing before meals is essential. Keeping finger nails short. (no dirt under nails)
Regular worm dosing of pets. No nose picking. Dosing all the family and pets if one member of the family gets worms. and so on.
You can get treatment and advice from any pharmacy. Go to your local community pharmacy for more advice on worms.
