My dad's laptop is doing a funny thing where by when you shut it down it will go off for a second or two and then restart, he actually had too get it fixed and picked it up today as it wouldn't come on for him and turns out it was water damage on the mother board, so he replaced that.

On startup there's a warning from ATI CATALYST "The cataylst control center is not supported by the driver version of your enabled graphics adpater. Please update your ATI graphics driver, or enable your ati adapter using the displays manager"

    Any help appreciated.

Bring it back to whoever repaired it.
