    The premium one - does that make a difference?

    Get on to them straight away and they'll change it for you. I did that before.

    I've found them great when you call them for service...

    Yes I was only on hold for 5 mins, very polite when answered, took about 10 mins (no problem) but was very apologetic for the time and kept me up to date on how he was progressing.

    I'm glad I did not go with Ryanair. Sometimes its wroth paying the extra...

    I've seen this on more than one occasion recently, when searching flights on the EI website (using Chrome in my case). You click on dates and proceed with the booking, but you've moved onto the next stage of the booking process with dates you didn't specify.

    I find their site very annoying. For starters the week starts on a Sunday, and not a Monday. Stupid imo, almost every other website does it Monday to Sunday. Also, what really annoyed me is it does not remember your dates and destination, so if you go back to the start you have to put them in again (I must have done this 10 times hence the mistake). To top it off, I had gone to the end of the booking but wanted to start again, went back, put in all the details, but it had not cleared my basted and still had the 2 flights with all the details, I was unable to clear them and had to then use another browser..

    Ridiculous in this day and age. I just end up using SkyScanner as theirs works pretty well.

    The much abused Ryanair is not as bad as "the whingers" :P would have you believe;

    made the same mistake earlier this year with Ryanair . Spotted it immediately, went to online chat and it was changed to the correct date at at a cost of €5.

    🧐IMHO, God wants us all to ENJOY many,many ice-creams , 🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦

    Their website is also far better than the Aer Lingus one.

    As is their frequent flyer programme :pac:

    AerClub has been plagued by some very shoddy IT implementation since the get go.
