No sponsor or licence holder to accompany

So, I need to learn to drive next year and this is my problem. I will have no-one I can ask locally to be a Sponsor while taking lessons, and will have no full licence holder to sit in the car with me while I practice. My fiancee is living in Germany (as am I for now) so can't as him and as I will move back to my home town in Co. Waterford where I now know no-one (many years left there), I will have no-one to ask.

I have no family except for a few cousins in Wicklow I don't keep in contact with, and only one of my friends (who all live in Wicklow) has a full driving licence and she doesn't even have a car.

How will I practice without a full licence holder to be in the car with me and is there a legal obligation to have a Sponsor? what about people like me who can't get sponsors or accompanied drivers, what are we supposed to do to get a licence while still obeying the law?!

TIA for any advice or help you can give.

You'll have to go with just getting lessons from instructor, its not ideal but plenty of people have to do it that. In terms of the Sponsor I'm pretty sure you can put down any name its not really checked, or even put your friend in wicklow.

Thank's Cruizer. Am looking into getting them here in Germany too, might actually work out cheaper, no need for sponsor and 6 weeks from start to full driving licence is possible here if I pick it up quickly enough.
