Tree removal

Looking to get a tree removed from our front garden, ideally would love to keep but its far too close to the corner of the house & is becoming a problem with branches damaging the rain water gutters & downpipes & the roots cracking the concrete surround also, dont fancy the foundations being impacted if left over a more prolonged period.

Anyone any recommendations for using someone to cut down & dispose of trees? Ideally would like the stump to be removed to below ground level & the roots killed to prevent any further growth also.
