Cannot login nor reset password nor register

    Hi all,


    I have sent you a private message about this already. I am posting in the public thread to know if someone else is facing the same problems as me:
    * I have registered online using a past bill
    * When I try to login again with the correct password it says: "Please enter a valid username and password"
    * If I try to reset the password it says: "The details you entered are incorrect"
    * If I try to register again it says: "Already registered"

    Did I miss something, or a step like "Confirm your email address"?... But I did not receive any email from water.ie~
