    hi

i moved into a house in dublin 3 years ago, its a terraced house and there is boundary fencing on one side at the back. i am wondering if i am entitled to pull this up?

I get on with my neighbour and there is a wall separating the 2 gardens, i think that they had to put this wall here as the previous owner of the house im in wouldnt take up the fencing. O dont think that they would mind me taking up the boundary, however, do i actually own the land between the fencing and the wall / are there any legal issues with me pulling it up etc?

Also, what is the best way to get these up? it is iron fencing, when i dig a little around it it seems to be embedded in concrete!
