    Hi folks,

I think the possible rebate of Irish water charges might be a very good opportunity for money lost from the economy to be channeled into the purchase of an essential piece of national infrastructure.

I guess some people would have the attitude - "well thats money thats kust gone so might as well put it to good use".

I know some folks will need it back.
I know some who wont and I think it might be a good time for the likes of Crumlin to gain a new X machine or whatever.

Any idea where to start with such a campaign ?

    Thanks for your help
    Rob
