Mobile catering/food trailer

    Hey folks, a quick question for any of you with experience in mobile catering. I'm going to be selling predominantly fries so am wondering what sized trailer would be appropriate to get the job done. Keeping in mind it will need to house fryers x 2, bain marie, griddle etc. The smaller the better. Cheers

    Your menu will dictate your equipment needs and also prep space. Nail that down (no etcs) and spec your equipment, you'll be able to extrapolate your floor plan from that
