Whereabouts in Dublin would be the cheapest to have YOUR OWN TYRES fitted? I'm looking to order premium tyres online(oponeo.ie) and have them fitted by someone in Dublin. I wouldn't mind anywhere, but somewhere close to Dublin 20 would be ideal. Thanks guys!

I'm a mobile tyre fitter based in south Dublin. What size tyres are you looking to get fitted?

Just for reference, are places generally ok with fitting supplied tyres, do they charge a premium for it? Is it common for garages to have tyres ordered in if you want, I'm assuming they only have certain brands/suppliers?

Never dealt with that situation for a car but I know my local bike shop doesn't have a lot of parts I'd want so I'd source online and they'd want a premium to fit it because it wasn't supplied by them.

Tyre fitting chains like FastFit, Advance Pitstop, etc will not fit tyres you don't buy from them. Best go to the independant smaller tyre fitters or mobile fitters who have no issues, they will normally charge between €10 and €15 per corner to fit depending on the size, that usually includes balancing and disposing of your old tyres too.

This is what I did when I bought my last set off openeo. The fitter couldnt get the tyres I wanted at the price I was getting them for.

You'll find a list of places local to you that are willing to fit tyres on most of the online sites.
