CPL Healthcare References

    Hi,
    I was just wondering if anyone had registered with CPL as a HCA and knew whether all three references had to be from a CNM?

    I have 2 that are, but on their application form it also says that they need a reference from my current employer, which would not be a CNM. I work in a health related field but not in a HCA role and there are no nurses there either to ask. Just wondering if anyone had registered and been approved with less than 3 CNM references.
