Wireless headphones dropping connection.

I've recently bought a set of Skullcandy Ink'd wireless headphones, my first set of wireless headphones, and while there are very comfortable they keep dropping the connection when outdoors, seems to be an issue with these. I'm wondering if this is a common problem with wireless headphones of is it just this particular model? The cost around €50, do I need to spend more to get a set with a more stable connection? Ant recommendations?

Happens sometimes with my Smokin' Bud 2's. If i take the phone out of my pocket then they are fine. My last phone was a Google Nexus and the signal never dropped with them so could just be the device you have them paired with. Pain in the ass i know.
