    hi all,

i'm relocating a kitchen sink in the next few weeks, i was just going to run the waste out the wall and into a shore, but there's a soil pipe in the corner close to the new sink location.

I've used a strap on boss before, but always outside on a soil/down pipe. I assume its ok to use these internally too. The internal soil pipe is the orange under ground type sewer pipe, i assume the boss will bond to this with the normal pipe cement?

    Thanks.

The only drawback is you may get syphoning which will result in smells coming up the sink, the gulley is a better option.

Fit an air inlet valve at the highest point of the new waste pipework at the relocated sink. This will stop siphoning
