Will MS Office Home & Student 2010 work with Windows 10?

Buying a new laptop which will have Windows 10 and have MS Office Home & Student 2010 on DVD for old computer. Don't need the latest MS Office Home & Student.

Will it work with Windows 10?

    Thanks in anticipation.

Office Home & Student 2010 is compatible. The DVD version you have may not install, it depends on certain windows updates that were released later on.

If it won't install, an updated Office Home & Student 2010 version may be needed and can be downloaded from the Office website and then using the original installation key from the DVD.
