    Hi,
Have a fella with a few problems relating to fraud. He reported it and got a pulse number but the garda never got back.

can this be used as a legal argument in court?

    Thank you

Did he follow up with the Garda? Or did he just report it and do nothing more?

i'd imagine he did follow up but were trying to get him out of remand prison before a dpp case in october....so we can prepare a defense.

This man has been fighting for 8 years - he believes it was taken fraudulenty and alot of good people are working on it paul.

The garda seargeant who doesn't have a good reputation said he would like into it and never got back to him.....i think it's safe to assume that he did follow up.....going on the basis that he would have followed up can you let me know where we stand?

It's men that fit his profile that are committing suicide every other day.....his business loan was leveraged on his parents home and he has a family and kids....our man is coming close to losing his sanity a little bit....changes observed over the way he has acted signifys that his mental health has deteriorated.
