Stamp 4 Irish spouse renewal

    Hi all

    My wife needs to renew her Stamp 4 (living with Irish spouse). Please could anyone advise on What documents are required and application process? Does the Irish spouse need to be present or can it be done in writing (as I am currently overseas). Info on INIS website seems quite vague and they keep referring to a 'letter' that we don't have.

    Every time my wife (now naturalised) when you renew her Stamp 4, I had to be there.

    We needed to bring both passports and proof of address.

    How many type of address proof did you need to bring e.g. utility bill is sufficient? And over how long e.g. month immediately before the application or a few months?

    We brought 2/3, but only one was needed, and they were recent (2/3 months) so was never challanged on the "age" of them, so not sure of the exact rules.
