Using Bonkers.ie/Switcher.ie to change electric and gas supplier

I'm moving into a new house and I need a new supplier for both gas and electrictiy. When you use one of the above websites to switch, are you being charged an extra fee - i.e. would Energia, for instance, give you a cheaper rate if you go to them directly (presumably they pay those two websites a commission on each switch and this fee is passed on to the customer)?

Is there a better deal to be got for moving to, say, Energia?

You aren't charged for using them and the rates are the same.

It is usually cheaper NOT to dual fuel, make sure to take note of individual offers
