    Do you think extending the city boundary to include rural land is going too far?

    What's 'rural land' ?
    Land is land. Any areas taken in by the boundary extension are a few milea from a relatively major city. By any standards they are urban or suburban. Nobody's taking about extending Cork out to the Blaskets.
