How do you make a clickable image on twitter?

    When you paste the link into twitter then twitter creates the image for you.

    There are two scenarios afaik, pics and links.
    When you paste a picture into twitter it appears clickable but will only expand a bit when clicked.

    When you paste a link into twitter it will capture an image from the linked page and present it in the tweet
