insulation to existing flat roof

    Hi
    Has anyone experience of installing some sort of blown in insulation into a flat roof through openings in the existing plasterboard on the ceiling - any product and method info would be appreciated

    might help.
    for blown to work, the air but not the product has to be allow escape and in any event, the noggins will be problematic

    thanks calahonda - looks like ceiling or outer layer/ removal /replacement are the options
