No Water

Hi there, 

I called your offices a number of weeks ago as the water pressure going into my house was very bad. I was assured that someone would review the connection and be in touch. About a week later, there was someone in the area looking at the water across the road from me. Although they wouldn't admit they had anything to do with Irish Water, I foolishly assumed that they were reviewing our water connection. 

Yesterday, we discovered that we now have no water coming into the house at all. Nothing. We are without water! My husband called the office and was advised that there was no record of my call or the conversation I had with your rep and no one had been out to review our connection or supply. My husband has now been assured that someone will call before the week is out. Due to what happened last time i.e. absolutely nothing, I want something in writing to let me know that this will be dealt with straight away. We are now without water. Please contact me to discuss in PM.
