    So I have these two lenses:

    https://goo.gl/RvBHsb AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR

    These are my general purpose lens that I use when out and about and not sure what to expect. On the whole they work fine apart from the obvious fact that switching may need to be done on the fly, with all the limitations that implies.

    So, would it be worth my while trading them in against the cost of this lens:
